14 days. No runaround.

A business purchaser may request a full self-service refund within 14 days of payment using the Stripe receipt email and private recovery code. The refund returns to the original payment method and immediately revokes download access.

After 14 days, contact purchase support for a duplicate charge, delivery failure, corrupted archive or material pack defect. Requests are reviewed against the Stripe transaction and delivery record.

Bank and card-network posting times are outside RulePatch’s control. A refund being submitted does not mean it will appear instantly.
