Purchases

Stripe collects and processes payment and receipt information under its own privacy terms. RulePatch stores Stripe transaction identifiers, purchase status, platform choice, timestamps, and keyed hashes of the receipt email and recovery code. The recovery code itself is not sent or stored in readable form.

Support

If you submit the support form, RulePatch stores the email, topic, message and any Checkout Session ID you provide so the request can be handled. Never submit card numbers, passwords or sensitive store data.

Use and retention

Data is used only to deliver, recover, refund, secure and support purchases, maintain transaction records, and meet legal obligations. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes; deletion requests may be limited by tax, fraud or accounting requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion through purchase support. Identity and transaction ownership must be verified before account-related data is disclosed or changed.
